CSS Recruitment are looking for a Document Controller in Leeds.
Day to Day Jobs:
- Manage digital interface's such as Asite, ACC Etc.
- ISO 19650 part 1 knowledge and understanding (Naming requirements and information management) .
- Collation and distribution of design comments.
- Ensure the workforce has the latest drawings (updating drawing folders, providing drawing packages etc.).
- Manage workflows and distribution system.
- Assist with digital issues.
- Ensure QA records are up to date.
- Assist with keeping any hard copies up to date.
- Timesheets and general admin.
PAYE payments. Includes pension, holiday pay etc.
