Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator or Recruitment Consultant from an agency recruitment background and looking for your next career move?
We’re recruiting for a well-established and growing recruitment agency based in West Yorkshire, who are looking for an organised, confident and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role
Working closely with the recruitment team, you’ll help manage the recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to candidate onboarding.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advertising vacancies across relevant job boards and platforms.
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Arranging interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Updating candidate databases and recruitment systems.
- Completing candidate compliance and ensuring all required documentation is in place.
- Coordinating onboarding and inductions for new starters.
- Supporting the team with general recruitment administration.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Working towards team targets and ensuring deadlines are met.
About You
Agency recruitment experience is essential for this role.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, confident and enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
You’ll ideally have experience working within a recruitment agency and be comfortable with the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction and screening through to placement and onboarding.
You should also have:
- Previous experience within an agency recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using recruitment databases/CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine team-focused approach.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
