We're looking for an Accounts Business Partner to manage and grow key client accounts, deliver outstanding recruitment solutions, and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the delivery of recruitment services across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring service levels are consistently achieved.
• Identifying opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
• Attending client meetings and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, advertising, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Interviewing, registering, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Matching candidates to permanent, temporary, and interim opportunities.
• Completing compliance, referencing, and administrative requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.
