You will play a key role in developing the firm's private client tax offering, mentoring junior members of the team, and building strong relationships with clients and introducers alike.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a portfolio of private client tax matters, including high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates
- Provide strategic tax planning advice, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and succession planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the private client tax team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional connections
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the firm's private client tax service line
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant private client tax experience
- Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation relevant to private clients
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
