Sub Contractor Cleaner - #2132998

Synergy FM is currently looking for self-employed, experienced cleaners to join our expanding team in Leeds.

We provide flexible, consistent work in Leeds — from regular domestic cleans to deep and end-of-tenancy cleans. You focus on delivering excellent service — we handle the bookings, customer communication, and payments.

How It Works:

• We contact you to assign the job
• You receive clear job details and client information ahead of time
• You collect the keys from the management offices
• We handle all payments and customer service so you can focus on cleaning
• You receive any tips received from the resident

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience in residential spaces
• Your own basic cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, sprays, cloths, etc.)
• Must be self-employed and eligible to work in the UK
• Ability to travel across Leeds
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability

Pay & Benefits:
