• Oversee credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, addressing overdue payments promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and analyse reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to streamline processes.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes or discrepancies efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on credit control performance.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Manager should have:

• Solid experience in credit control or a similar accounting role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage accounts effectively.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• A proactive and organised approach to handling multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the property industry is an advantage.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate between £15.00 and £19.00, dependent on the level of experience.
