Field Sales Executive

Location: M62 Corridor (Field Based) Salary: £45000- £50000 + 2.5% Annual Bonus + Company Car, Laptop & Phone + Benefits

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to join our growing team that focuses on building products .

Covering the M62 corridor, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an established customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and grow accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, building long-term partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities of this Field Sales Executive

• Visit existing customers across the M62 corridor on a regular basis.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Manage and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Conduct account reviews and service meetings.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM systems.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a field sales, account management, territory sales, or business development role.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a regional territory effectively.
• Comfortable travelling regularly throughout the M62 corridor.
• Full UK driving licence.
