  • Provide clear and concise reporting on delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Lead delivery governance across relevant initiatives, ensuring effective decision-making, action tracking and escalation.
  • Support Technology and Platform Leadership with planning, prioritisation and delivery oversight across key initiatives.

  • Experience working with audit, regulatory, risk or control requirements and translating these into actionable technology delivery outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior Technology and Business leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum across a complex portfolio of activity.
  • Strong commercial and delivery mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions, manage scope and focus teams on outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
