We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Director to join a highly regarded and growing team in Leeds. You will advise an impressive range of OMBs, large corporates and PLCs on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, buyouts and joint ventures.

Description

The Corporate Legal Director will be:

* Advising a varied client base of OMBs, large corporates and PLCs

* Managing a broad range of corporate transactions

* Handling M&A, private equity investments, buyouts and joint ventures

* Advising on corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters

* Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion

* Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders

* Supervising junior lawyers, helping to develop the wider team

* Contributing to team projects and the continued growth of the corporate practice

* Helping with networking, profile raising and business development initiatives

• * Working with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver commercially focused advice

Profile

The Corporate Legal Director should be:

* A solicitor with around 8 years PQE or more

* An experienced corporate lawyer with strong technical expertise

* Experienced across a broad range of M&A and corporate transactions

* Experienced in private equity investments, buyouts and joint ventures

* Comfortable advising OMBs, large corporates and PLCs

* Commercially minded with the ability to understand clients' wider business objectives

* Confident supervising and developing junior team members

* Able to contribute to business development and networking activity

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £95,000 to £110,000
