Description
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives and commercial targets.
- Manage the marketing budget, track ROI and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
- Create and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email marketing, advertising and events.
- Own the development of marketing collateral, website performance, SEO initiatives and content strategy.
- Build and optimise lead generation activities, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to the sales function.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
- Lead, coach and develop marketing team capability while championing marketing initiatives across the wider business.
Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within a B2B, technical, manufacturing or construction-related environment.
- Demonstrable success in developing and delivering marketing strategies that support commercial growth.
- Strong experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media and advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems and lead generation best practices.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex products or services into compelling customer-focused messaging.
- Experience managing budgets, multiple stakeholders and external agency relationships.
- A proactive, commercially minded and data-driven marketing professional with strong leadership and organisational skills.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on the level of experience (with potential for up to £60,000 for the right candidate).
- Hybrid working arrangement offering flexibility with maximum of 3 days onsite.
- Permanent position with opportunities for growth.
