Greencore
Date: 2 hours ago
City: Leeds
Contract type: Contractor
Work schedule: Full day
Role: SAP Programme Planner
Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35)
Rate: £700-800 (per day)
Location: Leeds/Spalding (the role benefits from remote working with expectation to travel to different sites when required)
Why Greencore?
Following the combination with Bakkavor in January 2026, we're one of the UK's leading creators of convenience food, driven by a simple purpose: to make everyday taste better. As a vibrant and fast-moving business, we're proud to employ over 28,000 talented colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots in the UK and the US. Together, we bring delicious food to life. Our products cover every meal occasion from breakfast through to dinner and dessert, with lunch and snacking in between. In FY25, our shared passion helped us achieve combined revenues of approximately £4bn.
Our extensive direct to store (DTS) network, with 17 depots across the UK, allows us to deliver fresh and frozen food both our own and from trusted partners to thousands of stores every day, ensuring consumers enjoy the very best, whenever and wherever they shop.
Why is this an exciting time to be a SAP Programme Planner at Greencore?
Greencore has set the vision to build a world class SAP solution, through Project Vision, that delivers outstanding customer and colleague experience, technology innovation, integrated & comprehensive solutions to ensure our operations run without impact.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Project and Capacity planner and PMO lead for the Project. The Project and Capacity Planner will be an experienced transformation professional, with a strong and demonstrable background delivering large, multi-year, business critical transformations. The Planner is responsible for overall planning and execution of Project Vision, creating and managing the detailed integrated plan, managing related change control, and creating detailed resource plans. In addition to this activity, the planner will also act as the PMO for the part code change activity - a critical enabler / pre-work required to enable the success of Project Vision. As a dynamic, self-starter, the individual will have the ability to communicate with, and influence senior workstream leaders, ensuring that the PMO function is positioned to `add value' to the project team as a whole.
