Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + lucrative uncapped commission scheme

The role of the Business Development Manager – Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out will involve:

• Field sales position selling the design, supply and installation of commercial interiors & fit out
• All of your time will be spent selling to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
• Wide range of order values depending on size and scope
• Turnover target circa £400k-£500k first year looking to grow to £1m in the next three years

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out with:

• Must have commercial interiors, office furniture or fit-out sales experience
• Must have sold to  occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
• Must have contacts within the industry
• Driven, resilient self starter
• Trustworthy, able to work autonomously
