Soft Services Estimator (Remote role with occasional travel)

Remote | Up to £75,000 + 10% Bonus

We're supporting a growing facilities management organisation in the appointment of a Soft Services Estimator to join its commercial and bid function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM estimator who enjoys taking ownership of pricing activities, developing labour models, and supporting the delivery of high-quality tender submissions across a range of soft services.

The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work on significant facilities management opportunities, often involving multiple service lines and contract values exceeding £1.5m.

The Role

Working closely with Business Development, Bid and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for developing accurate, competitive and commercially viable cost models for new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing detailed pricing submissions for soft services contracts
• Developing labour loading and resource models
• Reviewing client specifications and tender documentation
• Supporting the design of efficient service delivery solutions
• Preparing cost models for cleaning, security, reception and workplace services
• Assisting with TFM bids where required
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities within tender responses
• Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the bid process
• Supporting the successful submission of large and complex FM opportunities

About You

We're interested in speaking with estimators who have experience within the facilities management sector and can work confidently across multiple service lines.

You'll ideally possess:

• Previous experience as a Soft Services Estimator, FM Estimator or Bid Pricing professional
• Strong understanding of soft FM services, including cleaning, security and front-of-house operations
• Experience building labour models and resource plans
• Excellent Excel and commercial modelling skills
• Ability to work to deadlines within a bid environment
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Desirable

• Exposure to Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts
• Experience working on large-scale FM tenders
• Background within a facilities management, outsourcing or support services organisation

Package

• Salary up to £75,000
