1st Line Support Technician - #2141047

Working with an exciting Tech company who have offices in South Leeds, they are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their thriving team. As an experienced 1st line support, the successful candidate will have excellent technical ability as well as having strong customer service experience. This fully office-based role requires a strong, technically minded individual who can hit the ground running within this dynamic team. Key duties will include;

• Answering incoming customer calls and live chats
• Responding to and managing support tickets
• Owning assigned tickets
• Keeping customers updated on progress of tickets raised
• Accurately logging all queries
• Providing remote support
• Supporting customers through solutions

This fully office-based role will offer support, training and an excellent team structure, the successful candidate must be;
