Description

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain customer records by updating account details and logging interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to deliver consistent service quality.
• Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required.
• Must be able to pass a DBS & Credit check.
