An excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing financial planning and wealth management firm as a Learning & Development Manager.

You will lead the design and delivery of learning programmes across the business, supporting leadership development, early careers, induction, mandatory and regulatory training, sales and role-specific development.

• Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes
• Lead leadership, management and early careers development
• Deliver induction, regulatory and role-specific training
• Work with HR and managers to identify development needs
• Develop competency frameworks and assessment programmes
• Support AI, digital learning and HR technology initiatives
• Use learning data and analytics to measure effectiveness
• Manage internal and external stakeholders

• Previous L&D experience, ideally within financial or professional services
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
• Experience delivering leadership and behavioural training
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning
• Understanding of learning analytics and competency frameworks
• Interest in AI and the future of workplace learning

Relevant qualifications such as CIPD, ATD or ILM would be advantageous.
