Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works across sites in the Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civils, highways or streetworks and be confident managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Requirements:

• Previous Site Manager experience within civils, highways or streetworks

• SMSTS - essential

• Black CSCS - ideally held

• EUSR 1 & 2 - advantageous

• Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures

• Good communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations

• Coordinate labour, plant and materials

• Ensure works are completed safely and to programme

• Maintain high standards of health & safety

• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and site personnel

• Monitor progress and ensure works meet required standards
