- Provide first-line IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and system-related issues
- Deliver excellent user support and guidance to ensure staff can make effective use of technology and business applications
- Manage and maintain user accounts, access permissions and onboarding activities for new starters
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset registers and user guidance materials
- Support the administration and ongoing development of critical business systems, including user testing and change impact assessments
- Monitor and promote compliance with information governance, security policies and IT procedures
- Log, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed service standards
- Administer telephony and conferencing solutions to support effective communication across the organisation
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment within meeting and collaboration spaces
- Assist with business analysis activities, requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance services and improve user experience
- Contribute to the successful delivery of system upgrades, enhancements and technology projects
