Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am–3:00pm

We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Leeds.

Full training will be provided, so we're also happy to consider candidates who have the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.

The Role

Working closely with the existing Account Management and Sales teams, you will provide a combination of sales support, customer service, estimating and administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day customer requirements
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Understanding customer requirements and preparing accurate quotations and estimates
• Reviewing enquiry and tender information to establish the products and services required
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to obtain pricing and product information
• Processing customer orders and purchase orders
• Providing customers with updates and after-sales support
• Ensuring quotations and customer requests are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys working with customers.

You may have previous experience in:

• Sales Administration
• Sales Support
• Internal Sales
• Customer Service
• Account Coordination
• Commercial Administration
• Manufacturing or Engineering

The most important thing is that you are keen to learn, have good attention to detail and are looking for an opportunity where you can develop and progress.
