Location: Leeds
Salary: £42-48,000
An award-winning architectural practice with a strong focus on its people is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its established Leeds team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience to take a leading role on projects from initial concept through to completion, while continuing to develop within a supportive, forward-thinking and design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA work stages
- Prepare planning applications, technical information and construction packages, including specifications and schedules
- Coordinate project teams and work closely with external consultants and contractors
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and key project stakeholders
- Monitor project programmes, budgets and quality to ensure successful delivery
- Review and develop technical information in line with current UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation
- Provide guidance, support and mentoring to less experienced members of the team
- Assist with design development, bids, tenders and client presentations as required
- Attend site meetings, project reviews and industry events to maintain and develop technical knowledge
Ideal Candidate:
- ARB-registered Architect with strong post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable experience taking projects through the full RIBA work stages
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and construction detailing
- Confident user of Revit with a good understanding of BIM processes
- Experience with NBS specification software would be advantageous
- Strong design, technical, communication and project management abilities
- Comfortable leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Well organised, proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a wider team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
