This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor in Leeds to join an international law firm and work on varied, high quality commercial and regulatory matters. You will advise NHS and other healthcare clients across contracts, procurement, healthtech, information law and transactions.

Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:
* Drafting and negotiating contractual terms and conditions, framework agreements, call off terms, bespoke contracts, licensing arrangements and data protection documentation
* Advising on innovative contracting models including joint ventures and collaboration arrangements
* Working with the wider team on commercial and regulatory matters for NHS and other healthcare clients
* Assisting with NHS mergers and acquisitions
* Helping on public procurement processes and preparing procurement documentation
* Advising healthtech providers, NHS organisations and private healthcare providers on commercial and regulatory matters
* Advising on information law and related data protection issues
* Building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries through commercially focused and pragmatic advice
* Working on business development initiatives and contributing to the wider growth strategy of the team
- * Representing the firm at client meetings and helping to strengthen its market profile
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor with between 0 and 3 years PQE
* Experienced in commercial contracts and or commercial advisory work
* Ideally exposed to healthcare, public sector, procurement, regulatory or technology matters
* Confident drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements
* Commercially minded with the ability to understand and respond to client objectives
* Able to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload

Job Offer
- Salary between £55,000 and £65,000
- 25 days of holiday leave.
