This is an exciting opportunity to shape and validate a proprietary decision-making framework for a leading brand consultancy. Working on a high-impact project within the FMCG space, you will play a key role in challenging, refining, and operationalising a methodology that helps clients make informed brand and marketing decisions.
The Company
They are a specialist consultancy that helps organisations launch, grow, and strengthen brands through a combination of strategic thinking, market insight, and creative expertise. Their approach blends quantitative and qualitative research to support evidence-based decision making. As part of a cross-functional team, you will work closely with insights, strategy, creative, and client partnership stakeholders to build a scalable solution that can be applied across multiple client engagements.
The Role and Deliverables
- Challenge, stress test, and refine an existing decision-making methodology to ensure it is robust and practical.
- Define the data architecture, supporting datasets, and processes required to underpin the framework.
- Develop a scalable decision-making blueprint that can be adapted for future client use.
- Apply and validate the methodology within an FMCG brand environment, refining outputs through testing and market feedback.
- Create clear documentation and supporting materials to enable successful client adoption.
- Support final handover and training, ensuring clients can confidently use the framework independently.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience designing commercial analytics models, market frameworks, or decision-making methodologies.
- Proven capability in building scalable blueprints, frameworks, or operating models for business use.
- Experience challenging and validating strategic approaches through research, testing, and structured analysis.
- Strong understanding of marketing, brand performance, and commercial decision-making processes.
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into practical tools and frameworks for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience within consulting, commercial analytics, market modelling, marketing effectiveness, or related strategic insight environments.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
