Marketing and Conent Creator Intern - Leeds - #2145897

We are looking for a creative Marketing & Content Creator Intern to work across T3AM Global, JobNav and Prospect Leaders.

You will gain exposure to three very different projects spanning recruitment, AI and recruitment technology, sales, training and entrepreneurship.

This is an opportunity to create content that will actually be published and used by growing businesses, giving you tangible work to add to your portfolio.

You will help us turn ideas, business activity and stories into engaging content across multiple channels.

You will take responsibility for:

* Creating short-form video, graphics, posts and other digital content
* Filming and editing content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms
* Turning business activities, events and projects into engaging stories
* Supporting campaigns, launches and promotional activity
* Developing new content ideas, hooks and creative concepts
* Helping maintain consistent branding across the three businesses
* Supporting the wider marketing strategy and content calendar

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:

* A passion for content creation, marketing and social media
* Strong creativity and ability to generate ideas
* Good written communication skills
* Understanding of social media trends and short-form content
* Confidence learning new tools and experimenting with different content formats

Other DESIRABLE qualities/skills include:

* Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar experience
* Video editing or photography experience
* TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts experience
* Copywriting or social media experience
* An interest in AI and emerging creative technology

* Create content for three real businesses
* Build a varied professional content portfolio
* Exposure to multiple industries and audiences
* Opportunity to experiment with AI and modern content tools
* Direct input into campaigns and brand development
* Mentoring and practical commercial experience
* Potential progression as the businesses continue to grow
