JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor                  
PQE REQUIRED: 6+       
LOCATION: Leeds                 
SALARY: Up to £75,000 (DOE)                   

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join an established employment rights team in Leeds. You will manage your own caseload, advising and representing a varied client base that includes trade union and professional association members alongside private clients. The work spans a broad range of sectors, giving you exposure to different employment issues and clients at varying levels of seniority. This is a role offering plenty of variety and responsibility, with the opportunity to develop strong client relationships and provide practical, high quality advice throughout each matter. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider profile of the team through written content and business development activity. The firm places a strong emphasis on supporting its people, with regular training and development designed to keep you up to date and help you continue progressing your career.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE or equivalent experience. You will have solid experience in employment law and be confident managing your own caseload and dealing directly with clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with people at all levels are essential, alongside a genuine commitment to providing excellent client care.
Experience gained within a leading firm would be advantageous, although this is not essential. The successful candidate will be professional, personable and commercially aware, with the ability to work collaboratively while managing their own workload.

PACKAGE:
The firm offers a competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications, together with an annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of basic salary.
