Your new role
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical works across a variety of properties. Duties will include installations, repairs, fault-finding, testing and inspection, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations. You will liaise with customers, tenants, and colleagues while maintaining high standards of expertise and professionalism at all times.


What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Testing & Inspection qualification (desirable).
• Previous experience in domestic and commercial maintenance environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
