An excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a well-established, highly regarded Yorkshire law firm with a strong reputation across the region.

The firm has a broad commercial client base, ranging from owner-managed businesses and growing companies through to individuals and senior professionals, and is known for providing practical, straightforward legal advice.

You'll join a large and experienced Employment team in Leeds, working across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role will include:

• Employment Tribunal litigation for employers and employees
• Settlement agreements
• Disciplinary, grievance and redundancy matters
• Contracts, policies and directors' service agreements
• TUPE and employment support on commercial transactions
• Direct client contact and relationship management

An Employment Solicitor with 1+ PQE who has a good understanding of Employment Tribunal work and enjoys working directly with clients.

You'll be joining an experienced team of 11 solicitors, including five Partners, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and career.
