An exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor in Leeds to join a highly regarded national law firm. You will advise a diverse client base on contentious and non contentious employment matters while supporting partners on complex and high quality work.

Description

The Employment Solicitor will be:

* Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters

* Handling both contentious and non contentious employment work

* Supporting partners on complex and high value employment matters

* Advising clients across sectors including education, corporate services and healthcare

* Managing employment matters from initial instruction through to resolution

* Building strong and trusted relationships with clients

* Drafting and reviewing employment documentation and agreements

* Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice

* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm

* Contributing to the continued growth and development of the employment team

Profile

The Employment Solicitor should be:

* A solicitor with approximately 1 to 5 years PQE

* Experienced across a range of employment law matters

* Comfortable handling both contentious and non contentious work

* Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills

* Able to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision

* Confident working alongside experienced partners on complex matters

* A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

• * Collaborative, proactive and keen to develop their career within a large national law firm

Job Offer

• Salary between £62,000 and £75,000
