Role and Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity

- Take matters from instruction through to completion, keeping clients regularly updated

- Prepare and review legal documentation, order searches, investigate titles and progress matters to exchange and completion

- Provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client

- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure consistent service standards

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in residential conveyancing covering both freehold and leasehold work

- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain legal issues clearly

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- A client-focused approach and ability to manage your own caseload efficiently
