Your new role
As a Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works within occupied and void residential properties.Your duties will include:

• First and second fix joinery
• Installation and repair of doors, frames, skirting boards, and architraves
• Kitchen fitting and refurbishment works
• Flooring repairs and installation
• Fitting and repairing windows, locks, and ironmongery
• General property maintenance and multi-trade tasks were required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Delivering excellent customer service within tenants' homes
• Accurately completing job sheets and reports

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience within domestic maintenance, social housing, or refurbishment environments
• Strong knowledge of first and second fix joinery
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• Multi-skilled experience in other trades would be advantageous
