Our client is a growing cleaning company and they are seeking a motivated and organised Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites, support our cleaning teams, and ensure we deliver the highest standards of service to our clients.

The Role
As an Area Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person for staff and clients across your designated area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Carrying out monthly audits on each site and ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained.
• Coordinating staff and mobile cleaner movements, coordinating absence cover, and facilitating the training needs of your team.
• Building strong relationships with clients and responding promptly to any issues.
• Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are followed at all times.

What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, and site supervision.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence in leading strong teams and building relationships with clients.
• A full UK driving licence (essential).
• Flexibility to travel between sites and work early mornings and evenings
