Office Manager – Leeds

CDM Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established mechanical and electrical contractor, for an Office Manager to join their Leeds office.

About the role
You'll run the office day to day and lead a small team covering administration, document control and reception. Reporting to a senior director, you'll be a key point of contact for the office and keep everything running smoothly. Duties include:

• Managing and supporting the office team
• Running the office, suppliers and facilities
• Looking after health and safety housekeeping and compliance
• Supporting the project teams with admin and document control
• Supporting senior management
• Occasional travel to another office

About you

• Experience in a similar office manager role
• Construction experience is preferred, but not essential
• Experience of leading or supervising a small team
• A driving licence, as there may be occasional travel
• Organised, hands-on and a confident communicator
