Your new role
As Transfer Pricing Manager, you will work closely with the Tax Partners and Directors to lead and develop the firm's transfer pricing offering while supporting a diverse client base with both compliance and advisory matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing transfer pricing projects for a varied portfolio of UK and international clients
• Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies and economic analyses
• Advising clients on transfer pricing policies, intercompany transactions and OECD compliance requirements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters
• Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and providing technical guidance on transfer pricing legislation
• Identifying opportunities for wider tax advisory projects and collaborating with colleagues across corporate tax and advisory teams
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team
• Working closely with Partners and Directors to grow the transfer pricing service line and contribute to business development initiatives
• Collaborating with wider tax and advisory teams to ensure clients receive a joined-up and commercially focused service

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience within Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax or a mixed tax role with significant exposure to transfer pricing matters
• Strong technical understanding of UK and international transfer pricing principles and regulations
• Experience preparing or reviewing transfer pricing documentation and supporting advisory projects
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong report writing and communication abilities
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality technical advice
• The ability to identify commercial opportunities and provide practical solutions
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• A proactive and ambitious mindset with a genuine passion for developing expertise within transfer pricing
