Portfolio Manager - Workplace - #2153105

Key Responsibilities

As Workplace Portfolio Manager, you'll own and evolve Claranet's Workplace portfolio, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 services, licensing and managed workplace solutions.

You will:

• Define and deliver the Workplace portfolio strategy, roadmap and lifecycle plans.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of Workplace products and services.
• Develop scalable, standardised service offerings that deliver customer value and commercial success.
• Own service packaging, pricing and commercial propositions.
• Manage the strategic relationship with Claranet Portugal, ensuring alignment across service delivery, capability development and portfolio objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of Workplace services and adjacent Claranet solutions.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends and portfolio performance to drive innovation and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and Managed Services teams to support customer success and portfolio adoption.
• Support bids and strategic opportunities through proposition development, solution positioning and commercial review.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and strategic partners.

What We're Looking For

Product & Portfolio Management

• Experience in Product Management, Proposition Management or Service Portfolio Management.
• Proven track record of developing and evolving managed service offerings within an MSP or technology services environment.
• Experience managing products and services throughout their lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer needs into market-ready services and propositions.
• Strong understanding of service governance, lifecycle management and continual improvement.

Commercial Acumen

• Experience developing pricing models, service packaging and commercial propositions.
• Strong business and commercial awareness.
• Ability to analyse performance, adoption and revenue metrics to support decision-making.
• Experience building business cases and supporting investment decisions.

Workplace & Microsoft Expertise

• Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies and market trends.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 platforms, licensing and managed services.
• Understanding of managed service operating models and service transition processes.
• Knowledge of workplace security, endpoint management and collaboration technologies.
• MSP experience is highly desirable.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with vendors, partners and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and Managed Services teams.
