A leading UK law firm is seeking an English-qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Contentious Probate team and can be based in Leeds or undertaken remotely.

This award-winning team advises a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, executors, family offices, and corporate and institutional clients on complex private wealth disputes. The team is recognised for handling sophisticated contentious trust and probate matters, as well as wider disputes involving professional negligence, tax issues and commercial litigation affecting private wealth clients.

This role provides excellent exposure to complex matters, significant client contact, and the opportunity to develop a specialist contentious private client practice within a highly respected team. The firm places strong emphasis on innovation, legal technology, and supporting lawyers in developing their own profile and client relationships.

Experience in contentious trusts and probate, mediation, arbitration, or ADR would be advantageous and the firm is committed to supporting professional development, including specialist qualifications such as ACTAPS or STEP.
