Personal Injury Paralegal – Leeds

We are working with a national firm seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join its Personal Injury team.

The role will involve supporting the management and progression of a caseload of Fast Track RTA claims, with a strong focus on client outcomes, litigation and commercial performance.

The Role

Progress a high-volume caseload of RTA Fast Track claims
Support litigation and identify cases where proceedings are appropriate
Assist with liability and quantum assessments
Review medical evidence and case law
Draft schedules of special damages
Assist with disputed liability and causation matters
Liaise with insurers, experts, medical agencies and other parties
Support settlement negotiations and advise on costs risks
Work towards performance and fee-generation targets
