We are partnering with a leading technology and transformation consultancy that delivers large-scale data, cloud and digital transformation programmes for clients across both the public and private sectors. With a strong reputation for helping organisations unlock value from their data, the business is continuing to expand its Data & Analytics practice and is looking to appoint an experienced Data Analyst.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing consultancy environment, working on complex enterprise programmes that combine business transformation, data modernisation and advanced analytics. The role sits at the intersection of business, data and technology, requiring someone who can shape analytical strategy while leading the delivery of data-driven outcomes.

Working closely with client stakeholders, architects, engineers and analytics teams, you will be responsible for leading analytical workstreams, defining delivery approaches and ensuring data products and services are aligned to business objectives. You will play a key role in helping organisations modernise their data capabilities using cloud, analytics and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of analytical outcomes within wider data and transformation programmes.
• Own and oversee analytics delivery plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define success measures and align stakeholders.
• Establish best practices across analytics delivery, documentation, governance and quality assurance.
• Support the implementation of modern cloud-based analytics, data and AI solutions.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and pre-sales activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on data and analytics initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience leading analytics, reporting or data product delivery within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering data transformation, analytics modernisation or cloud data platform programmes.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with advanced analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of data modelling principles including dimensional modelling.
• Strong BI and data visualisation experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
• Consulting experience and the ability to lead client-facing engagements would be advantageous.
