We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist settings across Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Managing and supporting challenging behaviour
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a positive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous school-based or childcare experience
• Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs
• Willingness to undertake personal care duties
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a DBS
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

Pay: £92.63 - £105.00 per day (based on a 6.5-hour working day)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
