Contract Business Analyst - Must be Security Cleared - Hybrid London - £550 outside IR35 - 3 months initially 

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract business analyst, this is to start immediately on a project, outside IR35, hybrid working in London, initial 3 month contract, you must hold current valid and transferrable Security Clearance 

Typical Technical experience

• Modelling & Design: BPMN 2.0, UML, service blueprinting, capability modelling.
• Automation & AI Tools including Low-code/no-code, tools for BA tasks, and platform-embedded AI.
• Analytics & Documentation Tools: Miro, Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, Excel.
• Delivery & Collaboration: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
• Platforms: ServiceNow, Halo, and other modern ESM platforms.

Experience Profile

• Demonstrable experience in operating model definition and implementation.
• Consulting or change‑heavy environment experience.
• Contribution to strategic deliverables (strategies, business cases, operating models).
