Are you an experienced Service Scheduler, Planner or Coordinator from an engineering, industrial or service-based environment looking to join a growing business with long-term stability and development opportunities?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding organisation at an exciting stage of its growth. The business is continuing to invest in its Service function, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, improving operational efficiency and supporting future expansion.

As part of its continued growth, the company is now looking to appoint a Service Scheduler to coordinate engineering activities and ensure the smooth delivery of installations, servicing and maintenance work.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning engineer workloads, coordinating customer appointments and balancing reactive and planned work to ensure resources are utilised effectively.

The role would suit an organised and proactive individual with scheduling or planning experience, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced technical environment.

The Role:

• Schedule engineers for installations, servicing and maintenance
• Plan workloads and manage engineering resources
• Coordinate customer appointments and site visits
• Support service contract and rental asset administration

The Person:

• Experience within Scheduling, Planning or Service Coordination
• Background within engineering, industrial or service environments
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using scheduling or service management systems
