We're recruiting for an established specialist enabling works contractor with a nationwide presence and expertise across land remediation, demolition, asbestos removal and passive fire protection. We're looking for an Estimator (Ground Remediation) to join the team in and around Leeds, supporting exciting land remediation and enabling works projects.

As an Estimator, you'll prepare detailed estimates, tenders and quotations covering excavation, soil and groundwater treatment, waste disposal, ground stabilisation, civil engineering and groundworks. You'll liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, undertake site visits, review estimates and support the handover of successful tenders to operational teams.

About the Ground Remediation Estimator selected:

The successful Estimator will have estimating experience within construction, land remediation or enabling works, with knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts, tendering portals, take-offs and cost plans. Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills are essential.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, have full right to work in the UK, and live in or near the Leeds office.
