The Technical Director is searching for an Architectural Technician or Assistant Architectural Technician to support the Technical Team.

The role will involve:

Provide architectural/technical support and technical guidance for regional site and office based operations.

Provide Technical Support in respect of planning applications.

To co-ordinate and manage the issue of technical documentation.

Maintain documentation for the standard product portfolio.

It is strongly preferred that you have experience on volume residential projects, mainly housing.

The salary is £30 to £40K depending on experience with a car or allowance, healthcare, contributory pension, life cover, 25 days hols and a generous 10% bonus.
