· Develop and embed new ways of working, governance frameworks and best practice procurement processes.

· Partner with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Technology and Operations to drive change adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

· Lead cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring effective planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and benefit realisation.

· Identify opportunities to improve supplier collaboration, commercial performance and procurement capability.

· Support organisational change management activities including communications, training and stakeholder engagement.

· Establish and monitor transformation KPIs, reporting progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership.

· Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Procurement operating model and long-term transformation roadmap.

Profile

We're looking for an experienced procurement transformation leader who combines strong change delivery expertise with commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

You'll be comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment, influencing senior stakeholders and leading programmes that deliver meaningful, sustainable business outcomes.

· Significant experience leading business transformation, procurement transformation or large-scale change programmes.

· Experience delivering process improvement, operating model design or business change initiatives.

· Strong project and programme management capability, with a proven track record of delivering strategic outcomes.

· Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

· Excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a data-driven approach to decision making.

· Experience operating effectively in a complex and evolving business environment.

· Demonstrable ability to deliver measurable business benefits through transformation initiatives.

Highly Desirable Experience

· Procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience within a large organisation.

· Experience implementing procurement technology platforms and digital transformation programmes.

· Knowledge of procurement operating models, governance and category management practices.

· Experience leading organisational change and adoption programmes.

· Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing or multi-site operational environment experience.

· Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

· Knowledge of supplier management, SRM and value creation programmes.
