Elevation HR are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to support a global manufacturing business based in Leeds, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Elevation HR is exclusively partnering with this business through an exciting period of growth and transformation and we’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR and working closely alongside the Senior HR Advisor, this is a genuinely broad generalist HR role offering exposure across employee relations, performance, absence, recruitment and wider people projects.

The ideal HR Advisor will have:

• Previous HR experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing, FMCG or similarly fast-paced operational environment.
• CIPD qualified or actively working towards a CIPD qualification, with a genuine interest in developing their HR career.
• Hands-on employee relations experience, with confidence managing absence, performance and day-to-day ER matters.
