ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a brilliant branding agency in Leeds, working with a fantastic portfolio of consumer and lifestyle brands. The agency specialises in brand strategy, positioning identity and packaging design helping brands stand out and connect with their audiences.

About the Role…

As an Account Director, you'll lead key client accounts, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted brand partner. Working closely with Strategy and Creative, you'll oversee projects from brief through to delivery across branding projects. You'll also help grow client relationships, identify new opportunities and support more junior members of the Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities…

• Leading senior client relationships
• Managing branding projects from brief through to delivery
• Working closely with Strategy and Creative teams
• Supporting brand strategy, positioning, identity and packaging projects
• Presenting creative work to senior stakeholders
• Managing budgets and account performance
• Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts
• Mentoring junior team members

About You…

You'll be an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager from a branding, creative or integrated agency, with a genuine passion for brands and creativity.

You'll be confident with senior clients, commercially minded and enjoy getting under the skin of a business to understand its challenges and help create great brand work.

We're Looking For….

• Agency experience across branding or creative
• Experience working across brand strategy, identity, packaging and/or campaigns
• Strong client relationship and presentation skills
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• A genuine passion for brands and creativity
