About the role...

As a Creative Account Manager, you'll be at the centre of bringing exciting integrated campaigns to life. From the initial brief through to final delivery, you'll work closely with creative, strategy and production teams to turn ideas into brilliant work across digital, instore and wider marketing channels. You'll also play a key role in building client relationships and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

What you'll be doing day to day...

• Managing integrated marketing projects from briefing through to final delivery
• Coordinating internal creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and critical milestones to keep delivery on track
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, add value to projects, and deliver exceptional client experiences

About you...

This role would suit an experienced Senior Account Executive or Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys bringing campaigns to life. You'll be highly organised, and confident managing multiple projects at once.

What we're looking for...

• Previous experience in a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager role at an agency or retail brand
• Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and multiple workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a passion for delivering outstanding work
