Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and promote the firm's reputation and services.
• Deliver growth within a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Provide high-quality, independent financial advice tailored to clients' individual objectives and circumstances.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a first-class level of service.
• Prepare detailed, accurate and compliant suitability reports within agreed deadlines, with paraplanning support available.
• Assess the suitability of financial planning solutions and ensure recommendations remain appropriate for clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Act as a mentor and support the professional development of colleagues within the team.
• Contribute to the continued development and success of the wider business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Currently working towards Chartered status.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience within financial planning or the wider financial services industry.
• Strong understanding across a broad range of financial advice areas.
• Proven ability to assess suitability and provide appropriate, client-focused recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly and concisely.
• Strong client relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to business growth.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Professional, organised and committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and accuracy.

Desirable Skills:

• Progress towards Chartered Financial Planner status.
• Experience working within an independent financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Experience mentoring or supporting the development of colleagues.
• Strong understanding of holistic financial planning and a wide range of advice areas.
