Are you an experienced Team Leader or Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity within a professional services environment?

We’re working with a highly-ranked commercial law firm to appoint an experienced Team Manager to lead and develop a team of administration support professionals.

The role

You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional support service, while creating a positive and high-performing team environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, supporting and developing a high-performing team

• Building strong relationships with fee earners and key stakeholders

• Driving excellent administrative support and service delivery

• Coaching and developing team members

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

• Supporting wider business change initiatives

What we’re looking for

Previous experience within legal or professional services

Experience as a Team Leader or Line Manager

A supportive, fair and people-focused leadership style

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Hybrid working

2–3 days per week in the office
