Flexible working, a company pension, and much more. A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds is on the lookout for a talented Corporate Tax Manager to step into its busy compliance team. You will manage a diverse client base, take real ownership of your portfolio and benefit from a supportive environment with genuine opportunities to progress. In this role, you will lead the delivery of corporation tax compliance for a mix of owner managed businesses and larger corporate groups, reviewing computations and returns, keeping a close eye on deadlines and building strong relationships with clients who rely on your expertise.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and review a portfolio of corporation tax compliance work
• Prepare and review corporation tax computations and returns
• Oversee deadlines and deliver an outstanding client service
• Act as the main contact for client tax queries
• Coach, support and develop junior members of the tax team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax compliance
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proven ability to manage workloads and develop others
