Hours: 8am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid break (must arrive prior to 8am to open up)
Pay Rate: £12.71-£13 per hour
Start Date: ASAP - ongoing (potentially until Christmas)

Our client, a reputable organisation in the property sector, is seeking a dynamic and personable Temporary Receptionist to join their team in LS12, Leeds. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the organisation's services
• Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring a professional appearance
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring smooth scheduling
• Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Dog's on site - must have a likeness to them
