Migration Coordinator (Contract)

£225.00 per day via umbrella company

3-months initially

Leeds - 5 days per week

We require a contractor to support the migration of approximately 5,000 mobile connections.

Working as part of the project team, you will coordinate migration activities, manage user communications, liaise with suppliers, and provide administrative support throughout the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the migration of mobile services.
• Manage PAC code requests and porting documentation.
• Work with the Transition Manager to schedule and execute migration batches.
• Review mobile usage data and support connection validation activities.
• Coordinate SIM and eSIM allocation and dispatches.
• Manage user communications and a shared project mailbox.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and migration metrics.
• Provide support for migration waves of up to 50 users per day.

Essential Experience

• Strong project administration and coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong reporting, tracking, and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
